Definitely one of the best restaurants on the island, we loved that they concentrated on making their sushi taste amazing. Sounds obvious doesn’t it?  We thought so too but so many restaurants focus on remaining purist, traditional, uber-modern, fancy, expensive and the list goes on. The Dragon Roll is excellent as is their crunchy Godzilla Roll which is a spicy tuna and asparagus roll deepfried with breadcrumbs and topped with spicy mayo. Yes. Agreed. Amazing.

Definitely try their Rainbow Roll or Rock & Roll (hardy-har word play) but book in advance and ask them to walk you through their selection of sakes. The service is perfect, everyone is surprisingly personal and welcoming and the restaurant feel spacious. They put us at tables near the window (in the dark) which is nice of them but the seclusion wasn’t as nice as just being surrounded by beautiful people.
