For a moment forget that we’re talking about Mexican food. If Cafe Sol were an airport hub it would be the busiest airport hub in the world. They have been so ubiquitously associated with nights out that it almost feels illegal to through the Gap and miss it.
At the entrance of St Lawrence Gap it stands as the Patron-Saint of all the debauchery that goes down. It’s the starting point for most people’s evenings and Germans love to flock there for the food. The salads come in big Taco bowls and nachos come cheesy. The atmosphere is what takes the medal home though and getting some Bajan Margaritas down the cake-hole is what you will find yourself doing most nights. The terrace gives you that chance to remember that you’re on a rock in the ocean so you can wave at the randoms walking past and scope out the talent early on. The chances are that you will meet some locals and some expats on most nights at Cafe Sol so get your game on and make it count.
Fiesta Fridays on the last Friday of the month:
2-for-1 on Corona, Tequla Sauza, Margarita’s and Bajan Rum
Live music on the deck from 10pm
