Renowned for its BBQ Friday nights, try to get your hands on some ribs before they run out. That said… Eat anything you can. It’s all amazing. Like most Barbados rum shops, Wendy’s will serve you in a polystyrene box and if you even think it’s worth asking for a knife and fork you’re in the wrong place. You will definitely be given deluxe plastic cutlery (or weapons according to most airlines) but it’s when your hands get involved that it tastes even better. Beers cost close to nothing and the atmosphere is definitely something to talk about. Their bar is a lot more sophisticated than most and you will certainly find your poison on the mirrored shelving.

The infamous Friday nights also play host to hilarious karaoke sessions in the background and if you have ever heard a Bajan sing you will undoubtedly know that it’s usually a binary affair of amazing or wet-yourself-hilarious.
